No matter how good quality the lift has, it can never have a safe, efficient and continuous performance without taking a good care.
As well as being a legal necessity, the periodical car effort the lifts have also many advantages as signified below:
1. The lifts are provided with a safe and continuous operation
2. The rate of breakdown is lessened.
3. The accidents caused off natural usage can be traced beforehand so, can be prevented
4. With a regular control over the lift machine, the command panel e.g. expensive lift compliments, usage lifespan of these elements are extended and the high cost losses are prevented.
5. The lifespan of usage is extended
6. More comfortable and profitable usage can be achieved
The case takes place in the Lift Regulation in Official Gazette as such:
Rule 24,”Every lift before being taken to any firm, has to be agreed upon a written contract with a lift firm who bears the responsibility of the continuous care and fixation of the lift. This firm generally is the sale firm as well as it can be any other caring firm. But in guarantee process the caring firm has to be the firm which produced the lift.” THE OPERATIONS WHICH MUST BE CARRIED IN EVERY CARE:
-Cleaning the machine room
-Machine/motor cleaning and equipment tire control
-Cleaning and detecting the level of the oil and the roller Grease
-Controlling and cleaning of the motor contractors
-Command panel control and cleaning
-Motor brake control and (if needed) the fixation
-Check and control of the lock, hinge and plug contactors of the doors
-Cleaning automatic door floor and cabin doorsteps
-Controlling the revision key of cabin's top
-Controlling of the operation of the indicators, direction lights and the button panels with all the ampoules.
-Controlling of the steel rope transporters throughout the well hole
-Controlling and the supplement of the cabin and the counterpoise oilcan's oil levels and fixation
-Space control in the motor spindle
-Controlling and the fixation of the sensibility of stop on the floors
-Controlling emergency communication, illumination and help system within the cabin
-Controlling the instructions of floor and cabin indoors
ATTENTION TO THE MANAGERS:
Please give special importance and attention to the monthly periodical lift care which is directly related with the lift users' life safety and the lift's usage lifespan, as being done accordingly to the law and the necessary documents should be provided by the lift firm.
All of the responsibility belongs to the managers in case of taking the service of the firms which don't have any valid and necessary documents of lift caring or the firms which don't have the licence fort his care. In possible accidents there will be fine and arrestment penalty fort he managers starting from 6 years.
The Lift Regulation in the Official Gazette numbered as 25021 and dated as 15 Feb. 2003 makes it compulsory to make a contract with an authorized lift firm to keep every lift under care and control. |
